One of the reasons for all the problems is their negligence. They are so much indulged in their daily chores that they do forget to take their lunch, dinner, vitamin tonics etc.

• Water : important for proper well being
Water is the major constituent of your body. You should involve 10 – 12 glasses of water in daily life.

• Proper diet
Having proper diet prevents many health problems. Develop a healthy eating habit and prefer more and fresher fruits, green leafy vegetables, and foods rich in fiber, shoots, seeds and cereals. Protein intake should be increased. Calcium rich diet prevents women from osteoporosis after menopause.

• Exercise
Proper work outs or exercise not only maintains your body in shape but also make you fit. Yoga is the best option. Take out some time for theses necessary things.

• Say no to beverages
Most working women have the habit of drinking tea, coffee and fizzy drinks at their place excessively. Instead you should go for fresh juices. Consumption of sugar should be avoided.

• Pay attention at your hobbies
Listening to your favorite music can relieve your tiredness within seconds. Doing whatever you like, does miracle. Devoting some time to you is necessary.

• Maintain proper sleep
Doesn’t matter how busy you are; just manage to get an essential sleep of 8 – 10 hours a day. You will feel relaxed and more enthusiastic for the tasks of the next day.

• Visit the doctor

You should plan your health check ups for the proper care. Take appointment with your doctor and take a step ahead for your well being.
